A New Beginning ....

On December 2004, YG Entertainment's Yang Hyun Suk offered Sandara workshop classes in South Korea after seeing the ABS-CBN Documentary My Name Is Sandara Park. She opted to pursue college and workshop lessons in Seoul, South Korea. In March 2005, she went ahead with the workshops, putting her career in the Philippines on hold. After six months, she resumed work in the Philippines, starring in several movies.ABS-CBN had already released Angeles, and with no one currently paired with her, Joseph Bitangcol took the spot Angeles left.

When Sandara came back in December 2005, she found that her schedule was less tight than before. She had very little TV guestings and only had one regular Sunday show. Crowd reception also seemed cold for her comeback. This is partly because of the success and attention the Pinoy Big Brother Season One housemates were having.

In early March 2006, Sandara voiced out on national television her feelings for the cold reception she has received on her comeback, as well as her envy towards the Pinoy Big Brother housemates, commenting on them as colorful, while she is black and white.Sandara Park's career turned cold as new faces were introduced on the local television namely, Kim Chiu and Gerald Anderson (fondly called by fans as "Kimerald"), both were Pinoy Big Brother's big winners.

August 1, 2007, Sandara has reportedly left the Philippines for good, returning home to South Korea with her mother and siblings to begin a new life.YG Entertainment announced the following day that Sandara had signed a contract with them. Recently, YG Entertainment claimed that they now signed a contract with a Sandara Park and YG have the confidence to let her be the next BoA. Will this be a new career opportunity for Sandara Park? Will she be in or will she be out? As we all know Sandara Park is now one of the famous member of 2NE1 and considered a "superstar" in her hometown South Korea. Sandara Park as Dara ..... and her saga continues....
